HMS thanks the community for sharing their concerns and is taking or continuing the following steps in response to the community's feedback:

• Any patient or community member can voice their concerns or complaints by contacting the HMS Chief Compliance Officer at 575-597-2720 or via email at feedback@hmsnm.org. All complaints, concerns, and associated resolutions are shared with the HMS Board of Directors.
• Engaging a third-party facilitator to conduct listening sessions with HMS providers and staff, with findings shared directly with the HMS Board of Directors and Leadership Team.
• Continuing thorough exit interviews with departing employees to better understand their experiences and identify areas for improvement.

HMS will concentrate on our core strengths and will not participate in ongoing discussions regarding unsubstantiated or misleading claims. However, if any public statements are made that are false and jeopardize the trust in our organization, our staff, or the care we provide to our patients, we will take appropriate action as determined by the HMS Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Directors.
