    HMS COVID-19 EMPLOYEE SAFETY
    HMS requires all HMS employees to be fully vaccinated or submit for an OSHA medical or sincere religious exemption. All unvaccinated individuals who get a formal HMS approval for an exemption, are subject to weekly COVID-19 testing and the wearing of a properly fitted N-95 face mask, as per HMS Policy and Procedure.
