January Employee of the Month

Jessica is an excellent employee and goes above and beyond in everything she does. Jessica volunteers to take on new duties and/or is always willing to help where there may be a void. Jessica also likes change and is willing to jump in and try new things, this is a huge plus in the ever-changing world of medical billing/coding. In the last couple of weeks Jessica has been meeting with all PFS staff to offer tips and tricks on the PFS dashboard and queues as she has figured out a system that works and saves her time and effort as she works through her PFS assignments. This has been helpful to the PFS team as the new dashboard has completely changed the way PFS works through their assignments. These changes have been hugely frustrating for some of the team, but knowing that Jessica has been able to embrace it and guide staff on what works and what may not, makes everyone feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel, where some wanted to give up on it. Jessica has been able to ease staff's minds and help them embrace the change. Jessica is a great employee to have on our team.
