Amanda Barrett Receives New Mexico Primary Care Association Outstanding Team Member Award

Hidalgo Medical Services (HMS) is proud to announce that Amanda Barrett, RN, has been recognized with the New Mexico Primary Care Association (NMPCA) Outstanding Team Member Award. This honor recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional dedication, leadership, and commitment to advancing community health. Amanda was one of only two healthcare professionals across New Mexico selected for this recognition. Amanda was recognized for her remarkable contributions to HMS, where she serves as a Clinical Data Analyst & ECW Super User & Trainer with expertise in health information systems, data analytics, and clinical training. Her unique ability to bridge frontline patient care with operational and technological innovation has made a lasting impact on both staff and patients throughout the organization.

HMS is excited to announce and congratulate our June Employee of the Month, ​Bertie Berry, RN Supervisor! Please read the amazing nomination submitted for her excellent work. Congratulations! From day one, Bertie has been approachable and friendly. She came in as my new supervisor with a smile and an energy that promotes me to do my best in all things as she does. She came to me and asked how she could help, and then followed through. She encourages me at every opportunity with her smile, positivity, and helpfulness! I know I can do my job to the best of my ability because I know I have support. When I do not get something correct, she teaches, and when I get something right, she celebrates with me. I honestly think she is an asset to HMS and deserves recognition for all she does!
